As the new Ergonomic Regulations come into force FCE Solutions is pleased to introduce Human Factors and Ergonomics training to an existing client. We cover the legal and regulatory requirements of such programs, while simultaneously helping to develop the in-house skills required for future program development and implementation. 

In December 2020, and working with the incumbent Occupational Health provider, FCE Solutions completed its 1000th physical fitness for duty assessment for a North West Province mining group. Our assessments started in 2019 following an extensive job demand analysis program to initially define the physical demands of the job, and with Covid-19 having impacting many services, including ours, it has taken us just under 2 years to hit this milestone. 

FCE Solutions has successfully extended its working relationship with a North West province mining group into 2021. Considering the challenges experienced by many operators in 2020 we are happy to see our client extend our relationship for further year, providing physical fitness for duty solutions to support the in-house Occupational Health service. An extended thank you goes out to our FCE Solutions team for their flexibility and professionalism in order to support our clients needs across the COVID-19 period.
